Sport Performance
The purpose of Athletic Development is more than what the name simply implies. The goal for our athletes is to increase all facets of their physical abilities including; speed, strength, agility, mobility, and mental edge. We also teach athletes the importance of efficient movements and mechanics to prevent injuries and sustain playability.
Developing basic athletic skill will allow the athlete to be able to have a much broader learning base which will then allow the athlete to progress further when they reach their sport practice. We will lay the foundation of movements, and conditioning so while the rest of the team struggles to learn foot speed and movements our athletes are honing in their specific sport skill sets with their coach resulting in a player that’s game ready.
The 411 on Sports Performance Camp……..
Body Evolution Sport Performance Camp focuses on speed, strength, agility, mobility, as well as preparing for that mental edge. We will not work on specific skill sets for sports. We will not teach your athlete how to shoot, swing, hit, dribble or catch. What we will teach is functional movements and form to prevent injuries. The functional movement drills will allow your athlete to get to the ball first, make quicker cuts from the defense, less likely to get “shook” by the offense, run more bases, jump higher (increase vertical), and the condition will ensure your athlete is the last player in the game to grabs their knees gasping for breath.
How does this program make my athlete a better player in their particular sport?
Aside from the increased speed, strength, and agility- your athlete will be prepared to learn 100% skill sets when they attend practice from day one. Their sport coach will not have to waste time on conditioning, and foot work. Their coach will be able to get right into teaching specific skill sets for their particular sport. Coaches respect a player that has worked hard in the off season and they tend to get more playing time when it’s GO TIME!
What do I get…
Body Evolution Sport Camp is constructed as a 12 week progressive program.
We will administer performance tests upon entry, at week 6 and an exit test at week 12 to benchmark improvements in performance.
Performance test will only be administered to athletes enrolled in the 12 week program. Each sport camp is about 45-60 minutes long 3 times a week. (12 sessions per month)
We will have two speed and agility days and one direct strength training day.
How much is it?
We have two program options.
Pay as you go- This option is best utilized to check out our program.
Each session is $15 per visits; make your payment at the front desk.
Monthly option- $129 per month (@ $10/session)
To ensure the highest potential for development we encourage 12 week participation in
sport camp.

In our program we utilize core techniques; including cones, ladders, ply- metrics, etc-you will not be “WOWED” by a ton of fancy expensive equipment.
